By accessing or purchasing from WW<3 (World Wide Love), a sole proprietorship ("WW<3," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this site. By completing a transaction, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may browse but may not purchase without verified parental consent.

2. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct typographical errors at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed at checkout are final. All prices are in USD.

3. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a contract until we confirm acceptance via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.

4. Payment

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store payment card information.

5. Fulfillment and Cancellations

Every product is made to order by our production partner after you purchase it. Production starts quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be accommodated if you email us within 2 hours of ordering. Because items are made for you, they can't be returned for size or change of mind — see our Returns page for misprints and defects. Please review your cart and sizes carefully before completing checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including graphics, text, logos, and designs — is the property of WW<3 and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant any license to use our brand, trademarks, or artwork beyond personal, non-commercial wear.

7. Limitation of Liability

WW<3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
