Sizing Guide

Our tees and crewnecks are garment-dyed Comfort Colors blanks with a relaxed, roomy fit. Size to your chest measurement; if you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit or up for an oversized drape. Everything is made to order, so please check before you buy.

T-shirts & sweatshirts (chest measurement):

  • S — 18–20 in / 46–51 cm
  • M — 20–22 in / 51–56 cm
  • L — 22–24 in / 56–61 cm
  • XL — 24–26 in / 61–66 cm
  • 2XL — 26–28 in / 66–71 cm (select styles)

To measure: wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Hats (one size):

  • Dad hat — unstructured, adjustable strap, fits most head sizes (21–24 in / 53–61 cm)
  • Beanie — stretch knit, fits most

Care Instructions

Our garment-dyed pieces are made to develop character over time. To keep the color and texture at their best:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors
  • Gentle cycle — avoid high agitation
  • Do not bleach — chlorine bleach will strip garment dye and damage the fiber
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry — high heat causes premature fading and shrinkage
  • Do not iron directly on prints — iron inside out or use a press cloth
  • Slight fading and color variation with washing is natural for garment-dyed pieces — this is the look, not a defect

What Is The Void?

The Void is our limited-drop channel — a separate signal for pieces that exist outside the main collection. Think of it as a transmission, not a store.

  • Drops are announced to the email list first, then at /void
  • Each drop is a numbered run (e.g. 50 pieces) — when it's gone, that design is retired
  • Some drops close at a set time; the Void page shows a countdown when they do
  • Items marked final sale can't be returned unless defective

How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • Made to order: each piece is printed or embroidered for you in 2–5 business days
  • Delivery (US): 3–5 business days after it ships — usually 5–10 business days total
  • Cost: $5.99, free on orders of $60+
  • International: not yet — US only for now

Can I Return or Exchange Something?

Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns for size or change of mind — please use the size guide above. If anything is wrong with what we made, we fix it:

  • Misprints, defects, damage or the wrong item → free replacement or full refund
  • Email hello@worldwidelove.org within 30 days of delivery with a photo
  • Full details on the returns page

Is My Payment Secure?

All transactions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your card details — they go directly to Stripe's secure infrastructure. Your checkout session is encrypted end-to-end.
