Shipping

Every WW<3 piece is made to order — printed or embroidered just for you by our production partner, then shipped straight to your door. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing is wasted.

Timeline

• Production: 2–5 business days after your order is placed
• Delivery: 3–5 business days after it ships
• Total: usually 5–10 business days, shown at checkout before you pay

Embroidered items and busy seasons (November–December) can take a few extra days.

Rates (United States)

• Standard: $5.99 per order
• Free on orders of $60 or more

Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package — you'll get tracking for each.

International

We currently ship within the United States only. Want us in your country? Email hello@worldwidelove.org — demand decides where we open next.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

• Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and your building, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date — we'll open a claim with the carrier.
• Stuck in transit: if tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, we'll reprint and reship or refund.
• Arrived damaged: send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.
• Wrong address entered at checkout: we can't redirect a package once it ships. If it comes back to us, we can reship it for the cost of postage.

Changes and cancellations

Production starts quickly. Email hello@worldwidelove.org within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to change or cancel it; after that it's usually already in production.
