Privacy

WW<3 (World Wide Love), a sole proprietorship ("WW<3," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

What We Collect

  • Identity & contact: name and email address provided at checkout or when you join our email list.
  • Shipping address: collected at checkout to fulfill your order.
  • Cart data: your cart is saved in your own browser (localStorage) so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you check out.
  • Payment data: we do not store card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under their privacy policy.
  • Analytics: anonymized usage data (page views, device type, referral source) collected via Google Analytics 4. No PII is tied to this data.

How We Use Your Data

  • To process and fulfill your orders
  • To send order confirmation and shipping notifications via Resend
  • To respond to customer service inquiries
  • To improve the site experience using anonymized analytics
  • To send marketing emails — only with your explicit consent

Third-Party Processors

  • Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Meta, TikTok and Pinterest — advertising measurement pixels (only when enabled), used to see which posts and ads lead to visits and purchases.
  • Upstash — secure database hosting for orders and our email list.
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymized site analytics. Data is processed under Google's data processing terms. No PII is sent to GA4.
  • Resend — email delivery (order confirmations, shipping notifications, and drop announcements if you opted in). Your email address is shared with Resend for this purpose.
  • Printful — our production and fulfillment partner. Your name, shipping address and email are shared with Printful to make and ship your order, under Printful's Privacy Policy. Shipping carriers receive your address to deliver it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies required for checkout to function (set by Stripe on its checkout page). Your cart and the page that referred you (e.g. Instagram) are remembered in your browser's local storage. We may also use advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok and Pinterest to measure which posts and ads lead to purchases; they receive page views and purchase events but never your payment details. You can block them with any ad blocker or your browser's tracking protection. We use Google Analytics with anonymized IPs; you can opt out of it with a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Data Retention

We retain order data for as long as required by applicable law (typically 7 years for financial records). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time — see Your Rights below.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) including:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to correct inaccurate data
  • The right to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • California residents: the right to know whether we sell personal information (we do not) and to opt out of any future sale
